Small Business Diary – Plan, Build, Grow Running a small business means a million ideas and to‑dos bouncing around in your head — this is where I keep mine. Some pages have plans, others are just messy notes from calls, and a few are wild ideas I’m not sure about yet. But it’s all in one place, which saves me when things get busy.
It opens flat, so I can scribble comfortably whether I’m at my desk, in a café, or halfway through a train ride. Some days I’m mapping out budgets, other days I’m setting tiny goals or just reflecting on what’s working. Over time, it’s turned into a mix of plans, lessons, and little wins — basically, my business journey on paper.
